After a childhood filled with art and playing artist in high school I earned a BFA in 2002 and a MA in Printmaking in 2003 from Ball State University. I also did a one-year exchange during my undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut.

I currently direct the Exhibitions Department at the Indianapolis Art Center and head their Printmaking Department.

I also teach as an adjunct fine arts faculty member at Ivy Tech Community College in Indianapolis, Indiana.

My roles as a teaching artist and arts administrator influence my work. Everyday life inspires my work. I create from life and imagination.
